I love a good bric-a-brac stall. At one of my favourites down Camden Passage, I found this little book.
Typically, I was rushing to get to work. This was back in the day when I had an office job. Anyway, I saw this little book and bought it on impulse. If my memory serves me correctly, I think I spent all of £3 on it.
The book now lives on my desk, amongst others that have taken up home in my work space. These nondescript items have become increasingly familiar over time, as I come to sit at my desk every day. Some left there accidentally for no apparent reason, others carefully chosen.
They work like little charms, getting me (and keeping me) in the mood for work.
